From Corporate Chaos to Hormonal Harmony

For seven years, I lived the typical corporate life — long hours at IBM, endless deadlines, managing work, family, and responsibilities with almost no time for myself. Stress eating, lack of sleep, and zero self-care slowly started showing up in my body. Within a few years, I had gained over 20 kilos, my energy had dropped, and my periods became irregular.
I kept ignoring the signs… until one day my gynecologist told me I had PCOS and low fertility levels. That moment shook me — it was my wake-up call.

I decided I couldn’t live like this anymore. I took a break from work and focused on my fitness. But honestly, I was completely lost — jumping from one coach to another, trying everything I could find online, following every new trend… and nothing worked.
So I went back to the basics — simple home-cooked meals, no processed food, balanced eating, and showing up consistently. Slowly, my energy came back, my periods became regular again, and my health started transforming.

That phase changed my life. I realized real transformation doesn’t come from shortcuts — it comes from healing the body from within. That’s when I combined my personal experience with science-based education. I earned my first certification from INFS and started specializing in women’s hormonal health and metabolic balance.

Two years later, I conceived naturally — and at that moment, I knew I had found my true purpose.

Today, after 15 years in this field, I’ve helped more than 2,000 women overcome PCOS, Thyroid issues, weight struggles, and infertility through my holistic approach. No crash diets, no restrictions, no fancy supplements.


Just balanced nourishment, the right workouts, better sleep, and sustainable lifestyle changes that help women heal, feel confident, and reclaim their energy — naturally.
